Implant in the Aesthetic Zone with Bone Reconstruction and Immediate Load

The patient is a healthy, 42-year-old male. He attended the consultation with a traumatic loss of tooth #21 (9). The patient arrived with a temporary tooth that had been attached with resin to the adjacent teeth in another clinic, and had fallen. The loss of the tooth had occurred two months earlier.

The complementary exams revealed a total absence of the buccal socket wall, and a 2mm vertical reduction of the palatine bone wall.

The treatment plant involved opening of a surgical flap with one release distal to the tooth #23 (11). The placement of an immediate implant, graft with Augma Bond Apatite and immediate load with a temporary crown.
